Recipe: Pumpkin Spiced Latte



Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Yummy latte that's quick to make and has a lot less calories than the ones from Starbucks?  Ah go on then, why not!

Prep Time 3 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 1


  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 shot freshly brewed strong coffee (slightly cooled)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch ground nutmeg


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined (a blender is not 100% necessary as it could all be whisked in a saucepan on the stove and heated through this way, though it my not turn out quite as frothy on top). 

  2. Pour into a microwaveable mug and microwave on high until heated through (1-2 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave)

  3. Enjoy!

This, of course, can also be made with decaffeinated coffee,
